We welcome ALL dog breeds and sizes. Great vacation rental 2br+/ 2bath that accommodates up to 6 occupants. Easy access to boat ramps and we are ON HWY 2673. Spacious and fully furnished. King bedroom with shower bathroom. Queen bedroom downstairs. Full in middle pass through room. Great Parking.

Three additional cabins onsite that are available to rent! Please note that only the house is dog friendly, the cabins are not. 2 Dogs allowed with additional one-time $50 fee TOTAL (any damages or accidents are extra). Please note: There IS NOT an enclosed yard area for your furry friend.
They must be kept on a lease at all times when outdoors. We provide a
large crate for your dog's use indoors.

Ample parking for your boat. Boat parking inside the fence is not permitted. Patio area on side of
house. BBQ grill not permitted anywhere on property due to high fire
risk in the area.

Cranes Mill Marina is 1.8 miles away. Boat ramps 5, 6, 7, and 8 are all within short driving distances. 10 minutes from River Road. 30 minutes from New Braunfels. Close to golf course and 2 miles from popular Gennaro’s Italian Restaurant and Startzville Cafe. Maven's Bar and Grill, Wicked Good Pizza, Las Barcas Mexican, Bare Bull BBQ, Dairy Queen, McDonald's, Lowe's Grocery Store are all within .3 to 2.5 miles. Wells Fargo ATM in Startzville 2 miles away. Baja BBQ at Canyon Lake Marina is an enjoyable and scenic drive 20 minutes away. 10 minutes from Canyon Dam.

We love responsible owners and healthy pets. As such, your pets must be up-to-date on their shots and flea AND HEART-WORM treatments to visit this property. PLEASE NOTE: We love dogs. The one-time, non-refundable $50 pet fee is for extra cleaning to insure that all guests have a clean and odor-free stay after your pet. If you fail to mention your pet stayed with us, the fee is $100. We take extra precautions cleaning, especially floors. All guests with pets whom do not state so and pay required fee will loose their full deposit. Additionally, you will be charged for additional cleaning above and beyond normal (such as for accidents - please clean up to avoid this). Pets are NOT ALLOWED on any and all furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended anywhere on the property at any time. Please clean after your pets so we can all enjoy ourselves.

Violating the max occupancy of 6 (this includes children) will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. No exceptions. No late check-outs or early check-ins without prior approval. Please allow us time to guarantee all guests have a clean and well stocked stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. That being said, if the house is excessively dirty and cleaning goes beyond typically allotted cleaning time, we will charge a $75 per hour cleaning fee from deposit. Cleaning products have been provided to tidy up before you depart (don't get crazy with it, but also, please don't leave 5lbs of Fido's hair for us either! :D )  Please remove all trash and dispose of in trash can at corner - Please treat us like your home and not a hotel - thanks in advance!

Book a dinner reservation at Gennaro's for Italian or make a quick drive over to Maven's Inn and Grill for a drink and live band on weekends. BBQ at Bare Bull.
Drive over to Sattler for Wildflower's excellent breakfast or visit Pier
Sushi or River Rose Tavern after a day tubing on the Guadalupe River. Rent a boat from Cranes Mill Marina just up the street. Drop your boat in the lake at boat ramps 5,6,7 or 8. Visit the swim beach at
Comal county park early for admittance. Play some golf at public
Lakeside Golf Club. Pick up quick items for your stay at Dollar General
or visit Lowe's grocery store.
